Do Not Call (DNC) Policy

1. Policy Overview & Commitment

MVA Click (“MVA Click,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to fully respecting consumer communication preferences and adhering to all applicable federal and state telecommunications regulations. This Do Not Call (DNC) Policy outlines our compliance standards under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (TCPA, 47 U.S.C. § 227), the Federal Trade Commission's Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR, 16 C.F.R. Part 310), Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations, and all state-specific telemarketing statutes.

2. Our Internal Do Not Call Registry

MVA Click maintains a centralized, comprehensive Internal Do Not Call (IDNC) list. When a consumer requests not to receive telephone calls or SMS messages from MVA Click, their telephone number is promptly recorded in our suppression database and blocked from all future marketing and intake campaigns.

3. How to Request Placement on Our DNC List

You may request to have your telephone number placed on our Internal Do Not Call list at any time through any of the following methods:

• By Electronic Mail: Send an email to hello@mvaclick.com with the subject line “Do Not Call Request.” Please clearly specify the 10-digit telephone number(s) you wish to have suppressed.
• By Text Message (SMS): If you receive an SMS or text message from MVA Click or our intake desk, simply reply with the word STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, or QUIT. Our automated system will immediately confirm your opt-out and suppress the number.
• During Any Live Telephone Call: Inform the representative or case manager during any live call that you wish to be placed on the Do Not Call list. The representative will immediately log your request into our suppression system.

4. Processing Timelines & Retention

We process all Do Not Call requests as quickly as technically feasible—usually within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Under federal law, telemarketers have up to 30 days to purge and synchronize suppression lists across all systems. In accordance with federal guidelines, numbers placed on our internal Do Not Call list are retained and honored for a minimum period of five (5) years from the date of the request.

5. Effect of Prior Express Written Consent

When you complete an inquiry form on mvaclick.com and voluntarily submit your telephone number with the required consent checkbox checked, you grant MVA Click and its partner law firms prior express written consent to contact you regarding your accident inquiry. This consent supersedes prior registrations on the National Do Not Call Registry or state Do Not Call registries for the specific purpose of discussing your inquiry.

However, you may revoke this consent at any time. Once you request to be added to our Internal Do Not Call list, all outbound calls and automated messages regarding your inquiry will cease.

6. Independent Partner Law Firm Obligations

All independent law firms and intake affiliates in the MVA Click network are contractually required to maintain their own compliant Internal Do Not Call procedures and to scrub outbound calling lists against our suppression files. If you request that an independent attorney discontinue contacting you, that firm must honor your request directly.
